Our team is currently investigating the following instances of players getting stuck at the Moonshadow Forest:

• Entering the area with a hero with the Dodge or Backstep ability. (Moonshadow Forest Intro I, II and III)
• Reaching the platforms (Moonshadow Forest Intro II and III)
• Interacting wih the urns used to dispel illusions. The urns become inaccessible making it impossible to complete the level. (Moonshadow Forest Intro III)

Similarly, there is also a section in Moonshadow Forest Chapter 3 when you assist Neva in clearing the vines which can be challenging.

To address this, use the "Interact" (hand icon) button to place the crystals down on the pillars, do NOT use the "Drop item" button.

Actual input sequence to do it successfully:

• Pick up the crystal (the hand "Interact" button that appears when looking at crystal)
• Walk up to the pedestal you need to put the crystal on.
• Press the Interact button again (instead of manually dropping the crystal with the down arrow button); this should put the crystal on the pedestal.
• Repeat for other crystal.
• Use your Moonshadow artifact (Lost Spirit) to activate beams.
