Structures or objects becoming see-through occurs when you are behind or a little bit beside them. This happens so that you'll be able to see nearby items such as resources or quest objectives.

If you are having trouble interacting with a structure or an object, try positioning your Scout in front of it. The structure or object will turn solid, allowing you to interact with it.
