While exploring the island, you'll encounter crying Imps beside some dirty structures. In order to help them, you would need to powerwash the surrounding area.

Equip a powerwasher in your primary inventory slot, tap and hold on your Scout, then drag away from the direction of the structures to clean them.

After the area near the Imp is clean, they'll stop crying and give you a reward for helping them.
