We are currently investigating issues causing players to receive "Fatal Error" messages during multiple stories.

March 20, 2025 Update:

Fixes for multiple sources of Fatal Errors have been deployed.

Players encountering persistent Fatal Errors in Love is Blind NYC are advised to replay chapter 7 and to avoid selecting the dialogue option to ask Wes/Willa/Damon/Demi directly to marry them. Selecting another engagement dialogue option will allow players to proceed as normal. 

March 26, 2025 Update:

We have released another hotfix to reduce the occurance of Fatal Errors for non-English languages.

Spanish players who continue to encounter Fatal Error issues at the start of Chapter 14 of Love is Blind NYC are recommended to tempoararily swap their game language to another language until they are past the point at which they have previously recieved the error. 

We are continuing to investigate other sources of these errors, and will provide updates when available.

March 27, 2025 Update:

We are currently investigating reports of fatal errors for French language players in chapter 15 of Love is Blind NYC.
