4. If the problem persists, uninstall and reinstall the app.
5. If the errors continue, contact player support.
It is advised that you do not continue to play or follow the prompt to reset your progress while receiving connection errors, as that could lead to unsaved or lost progress.
If your progress was automatically reset after receiving a connection error, do not continue to play the game from the beginning until after you try the previous steps and contact support. Once you begin playing after an error reset, there will be no way to recover any previous progress.
